Sister Julie’s Organic California Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2020 Harvest Field Blend was grown, harvested, and pressed at Starcross in late November 2020. Seven varieties of olives make-up this delectable Field Blend: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Taggiasca and Canino — with a touch of Maurino and Pendolino. Our oil is Certified Organic and certified Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council.

Sister Julie’s Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2020 blend is a well-balanced, medium-bodied oil with a medium-intensity aroma, and prominent green attributes that make for an herbaceous oil. This oil has notes of grass, green almond, and green olive, balanced with woody and nutty flavors, and a hint of cinnamon and clove spices. There is an alluring hot chili sensation that lingers nicely on the tongue.
