Sister Julie’s Olio Nuovo 2024 Harvest was grown, harvested, and pressed at Starcross in November 2024. This fresh, vibrant oil is made from seven olive varieties: Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Taggiasca, and Canino—with a touch of Maurino and Pendolino.
We also grow, dry, and prepare all of the herbs—basil, oregano, thyme, marjoram, rosemary, and sage—right here at Starcross!
